Expectations/Job Responsibilities includes:
- Strategic sales role of pre-qualifying leads by determining the BANT data (Budget, Authority, Need and Timeframe for each lead that comes in).
- Building & growing the team of Business Development Managers
- Driving the team of Business Development Managers to meet the sales objectives
- Nurturing of leads & fixing up the appointment of the sales team with the decision maker.
- Responsible for driving the team productivity & ensure regular training & support in closing the deals.
- Comply with process and mechanism of the company to ensure Professionalism & Integrity.
Salary Range : 5-8 Lac. It’s not a constraint for deserving candidate.
